Shipping

Every order is packed by hand in gift-ready wrapping and dispatched within 48 hours. Shipping is free on orders over $70, and a flat $8 under that. Once it is on its way you will get tracking, and US delivery usually lands in 3–6 business days.

Returns & exchanges

Not in love with it? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unused with tags. Reach out via our contact page and we will set it up. Return shipping is on us if the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged or an order goes astray, message us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
